Jordan has said that he is planning "Creed IV" The actor has now said what he plans to do after "Creed III" He is getting ready to release the third movie in the boxing series in March. He will return as Adonis "Donnie" Creed, the son of Rocky Balboa's former opponent Apollo Creed. He will also direct the movie.
When IGN asked if fans could expect a fourth movie, he said, "For sure." Jordan said, "I just want to add to the 'Creed' universe as much as I can, but you can definitely expect other things to happen around Creed"
In "Creed III," Jonathan Majors plays Creed's enemy. He has told fans before that Jordan is taking the series in a new direction. He said to NME, "With this Creed, Michael is really trying to do something different. Something a bit more personal. With closeness comes a lot of details. We are doing it. It's a very different story from the others because it's about two men trying to figure something out."
The sequel will be the first "Rocky" spin-off that doesn't star Sylvester Stallone, but Michael B. Jordan said that Rocky Balboa's "spirit" will be all over the movie. He said last year, "I think Sly let it be known that he wasn't coming back for this one, but I think, you know, his essence and his spirit... there's always going to be a little bit of Rocky in Adonis."
"But this is a "Creed" franchise, and we really want to build this story and this world around [Adonis Creed] going forward."
